‘Heal Your Body’ a book by Louise Hay

A small “manual” if you will, to balance the body, mind and spirit in order to care for the body

Known for her self-help literature, this “little book” (as she defines it), does not contain any medicinal or magical formulas to obtain health but instead offers tools connected with our willpower that can be used to transform those situations that affect our physical health.

The method proposed by the author is immediately effective for it depends on the instantaneous mental decision to change; even beyond the time that has elapsed maintaining negative thoughts, “or an illness, a bad relationship, financial hardship, or self-hate: we can begin to change today.”

This negative baggage has been caused by our thoughts; therefore they should be erased using our thoughts.   There is nothing more immediate than our thoughts to leave behind those burdens that torment us.
