by Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chopin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Studies show that people with sleep difficulties have trouble concentrating during the day; this occurs because the regions in the brain used to develop memory related tasks are not activated.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It is said that the pianist and composer Frederic Chopin (1800-1849), merely at the age of 10, was sought out daily by the Grand Duke Constantine, the governor of Poland. \u00a0Duke suffered from dementia, a mental disease that seemed to be controlled only by the music of the young musician. \u00a0When the child played his melodies, the Duke returned to his normal state, allowing him to carry on with his daily activities. \u00a0\u00a0Although as soon as the medicinal effects of the music ended, Chopin was asked to return.<\/p>\n<p>Here we present a version of Chopin\u2019s &#8220;Nocturnes&#8221;, which is designated to cause sleep using its soft and melodious sounds.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title: \u201cNocturne\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Author: Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chopin (1810 &#8211;
