It is known that the body reacts to emotional stimuli in various ways and this is commonly called “psychosomatic effects.”\u00a0 However, those that suffer these expressions of the body are not always prepared to accept that they transform their emotions into physical ailments, although traditional medicine accepts that at least 75% of diseases have this origin.<\/p>\n

An extremely important concept that arises from this book maintains that the body itself cannot do anything. It cannot even make itself ill.\u00a0 In fact, life is sustained by the spirit; the soul.
